Competitions\Testing Forms
Skatefest applications are due May 1st.All club members competing must have their applications signed by a club officer. Please make sure you allow time for this. The four officers, in addition to the Test Chair, can sign your competition
applications. Officers are available the 2nd and 3rd Thursdays at Club Ice and sometimes the 1st and 4th weeks as well. To make other arrangements, please call one of the officers to make an appointment to get your forms signed. Thank you!

It’s almost that time of year; club elections for the 2008-2009 season will be in April. Start thinking about the position you would like on the board or if you know someone that would be interested in a position. Look for a nomination sheet and more information pertaining to each position on the bulletin board. We will need:

Skaters Spotlight
The spotlight this month is on Addison Guymon. She is seven years old and has been skating since she was about four and competing for about a year. She loves to compete and can’t wait for Winter Games. Addison’s favorite colors are pink and purple. Her favorite skaters are Michelle Kwan and of course Cynthia Ruiz. Her favorite skating move right now is the Scratch Spin.
Addison loves to draw and color or do anything artistic. She has one brother, Hayden who loves to play Hockey. Addison loves to shop with her mom, her favorite thing to buy is shoes J

Club Ice
Remember that the club runs club ice and the club collects the money for Club Ice Freestyle & Stroking Sessions, not the rink.
The club ice monitor for the week will be at the front table in the lobby collecting fees, punching passes and checking off skaters who have pre-paid. If the club ice monitor for that week is late you may take the ice, but please pay the monitor before you leave the rink.
